So I'm going to demonstrate one of my favorite two-column tie that give you a

much longer leash. So the way we do it is again we find the tail end of the bite

but instead of draping I'm gonna have you stand right here turn arms out

straight this time and palm facing each other and I'm gonna focus on taking the

bite and turn this on reverse tension this kind of like how we did the chest
